The nalgene bottle is bpa-free. It fits in the cup holder is my car. The lid is super super great.
Great bottle. Wifey loves it. Great for everyday, exercising, hiking, etc.
Despite all the tumbles the cap is still watertight. No more looking like an idiot chugging water from a half empty quart bottle.
Cons
The bottle design is not functional. Nalgene needs to upgrade their design and material. Sometimes the bottle lends itself to them forgetting. What a disappointment it turned out to be.
It leaks everywhere. It's might be fine for an older child, but it's certainly not leak proof for an 18m old toddler!
The bottle's plastic clung to the container in a percentage of its surface area.
I have about 20 different nalgene bottles abs these are the first to ever fail. After checking reviews here, it sounds like i'm not alone. This product is the worse water bottle i ve ever own.

The straw is a bit awkward and unnecessary

The straw swings out at a 90degree angle so its like drinking out of the side of the bottle

If it falls on the screw lid the wrong way the base of the screw lid can crack and leak
