Coenzyme q10 as ubiquinone with oil increases absorbency into the body. The fact that it is a liquid / gel supplement, means it absorbs quicker and produces results faster.

The flavor is like silky raspberry, really good. It's not overly oily at all. Nice texture with a yummy raspberry flavor.

Gel packets of coq10 are handy to have in the kitchen or on the go. The raspberry flavor is phenomenal. Most importantly, it is very easy to digest.

Liposomal coq10 protects the active ingredients in the digestive system.

Cons

Is it the individual packets? There is no way of telling if any might have fallen out and put back into the box. It is not a vitamin and it is produced naturally in humans.
