Quality
Arrived in new condition and am pleased with its performance.
This is a very high quality pan.
It was not a national presto product.
I bought an electric skillet by another manufacturer (oster) not too long ago and was very disappointed.
Packaging/appearance
Received in timenew not returned like some sayheats quickly - 12in was perfect as it fits in sink
I had to chase an egg around the skillet for a while before i could get it onto the spatula.
