Pros
It is simply gorgeous. The only complaint is that one bulb was broken. It actually looks even brighter in person.
Cons
It is cheaply made and quite dusty. Motor that turns color wheel is very noisy. Very disappointed and flustered.
The problem is that the replacement did not work either. No reset button. Time for a refund.

When i first got it i had to take the base top off because the color wheel apparently came loose during shipping

Also when you first run it it has a little noise coming out of the base from the motor

The first day i turned it on it started making that noise the second day i turned it on there was no noise but a half hour into it being on the noise came back
