Pros

I was pleasantly surprised at how good it looks! A bit pricey for the quality but actually perfect for a smaller space. Hubby is happy because it only weighs around 12 pounds. It is lightweight enough for me to assemble myself.

Lights are adequate but i'll be adding some candle lights. The lights are perfectly spaced and make it sparkle. As you fluff it looks better and better.

It looks very festive in a small space. Great addition to my holiday decor. Once ornaments and decor are put on, it looks great!

Once you get it fluffed the tree is pretty.

Cons

I'm not returning it because i'm pretty much the only one who'll see it, and while i'm not really satisfied with it, i hate returns/exchanges much more" "very poor quality. Poorly made.

Lights on the tree are sparse. Still isn't lighting. Apparently both strands have to go to the wall socket. The way this tree plugs in is something from the 60's.

Took me awhile to fluff it up out of the box, but it looks great in my room!

It comes packed pretty tight so it is very important to open and spread each branch to get a fully flocked tree look.
