I'm very disappointed that this gift took some of the fun out of her holiday. Being that the branches are fixed makes it difficult to store. The seller is not east to work with about the return.

I just got my tree today was slightly delayed in arriving when assembling to check it out i noticed the metal base is painted silver was already chipping off
