Pros

It is sturdy, full and well made. My mother and father are in their 60s and it took them about a hour to assemble.

Many settings to choose from. The twinkling is my favorite. Ten different like modes is just the icing that makes this tree spectacular.

This christmas tree is awesome. Lots of room for ornaments and the tree is rather wide, so not for a small room. Looking forward to setting it up with decorations next year. Look forward to many more years of enjoyment.

Cons

This tree is not even remotely realistic looking. Instead the “needles’ are thin strips of plastic and look 100% fake. Not resembling the pictures.

The bottom front lights are burnt out. The wiring is so thin and * the wires came loose from the box to change the settings and got so hot and started popping then went out. You spend hours of connecting and disconnecting to try to get lights to work.... Read More

This is the best fake tree i have ever seen!

Thick and full with a lot of branches.

The three sections went together effortlessly and plugged in red to red and blue to blue, easily the color coded tape made it fool proof.

I thinks it great value for money.

It's very full and has a realistic look, so is almost perfect for the money.

I got this on sale, so the price wasn't too shocking.

I never wanted one because the good ones were around $1000.

Shipping

The tree came quickly, easy to assemble and love the different led light color options.

They wanted to ship light strings and don't repair trees or send parts during christmas.

Packaging/appearance

It looks perfect in my living room and sort of makes it seem as though i’m in a department store for the holidays.

It’s a beautiful tree, only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is i wish it came with a remote for the lights.

Don't expect it to fit back in the box, it was suggested to purchase a tree bag for storage.

Took time separate each branch to bring it to full christmas look.

Competitiveness

My only other complaint is that their could've been more light settings, and didn't really have a twinkle setting that i like.
