Pros

This tree fits perfect in my 1 br apartment without dominating a bunch of floor space. Box is 9x10x36” and it is compact for storage. Reverse process will be needed for repacking into box.

Once you get it fluffed the tree is pretty.

Cons

It's wobbly, looks cheap even after fluffing the branches. The base is flimsy. The tree is dead.

I'm not returning it because i'm pretty much the only one who'll see it, and while i'm not really satisfied with it, i hate returns/exchanges much more" "very poor quality. Poorly made.

Lights on the tree are sparse. Still isn't lighting. Apparently both strands have to go to the wall socket. The way this tree plugs in is something from the 60's.
