Pros

Each branch has three bendable branches with many sprigs to fill space. The tree is full and beautiful.

We are embracing the irony going green with a fake tree" "the foot pedal is great as well. That's true for any artificial tree i've ever bought" "it's just a bit different than i expected.

The base is very study and there is no wobble in the tree post-assembly. It's easy to connect all three parts and i bought the tree topper from the same company which connects to a port in the tree and synchs with all the color settings.

This is a 10 foot tall tree, and my only complaint is that i cannot find a tree topper for it because of the funky little round plug at the top. Second picture is after.

Cons

This is one of the biggest disappointments for a purchase i have ever had. It is disappointing that the design is not more robust. I beleive this was false advertising.

The lights wiring and controller are a cause for concern. Contacting customer service to order replacement bulbs has been a nightmare. Must be wiring issue.

Even after fluffing it out you can see through it. No matter how much you fluff it out and open the branches, it's impossible to get it fluffed enough to not see the center pole. If i wanted to hang ornaments from the wire i could since that is how po... Read More
