Pros

It's just gorgeous and i'm thankful to have found it. And i'm thrilled it's in my house. Obviously, this one is a tremendous upgrade in every respect.

There are 9 lighting options and it has a beautiful twinkling white light option as well as twinkled colored lights.

This christmas tree is full with a slimmer base than most 7 1/2 foot trees. The tree is pretty full when fluffed out and looks nice. I just wish it was a bit taller!

There are lush “filler” branches for the interior of tree with heavier duty branches at the ends which make it strong enough for heavier ornaments. Branches and limbs are easily adjustable to suit your decorative style.

No problem. Not an issue. It's so lovely. This tree is amazing. The tree is absolutely gorgeous!

Cons

The whole thing just looks cheap and fake. It is so sparse! Luckily amazon has excellent customer service and we were able to return it easily. Replaced the plug and still nothing.

The lights quit working after one day. The outer branches are a rubber-like plastic. It looks like artificial flowers from the 1970s.

Before this one i bought an $800 supposedly twinkling tree that wasn’t and i had to return it.

So, we went with our second choice which was hundred of dollars less.

It arrived after christmas,as we waited for the after christmas sale.

I did get the correct tree i ordered the first time in just two days.

Packaging/appearance

The tree looked realistic even before we completely unpacked it.

I took it out of the box, fluffed it and then returned it.

The tree came well packed in a stout box.

It looks a little strange in the box, but once assembled, it's absolutely gorgeous.

I also like the realistic branch tips more than those on other brands of trees i’ve had.
