Swapping between lenses is pretty straightforward and easy and i have only had lenses come out unintentionally as a result of dropping the glasses which has rarely caused any damage to the lenses or the frames

The optic quality is about on par with oakley or rayban which is to say they are very good but not absolutely top of the line
