The comfort pad is a little difficult to stay in place without a sock. With no deformity to toes, i am sure they would feel really good with shoes and socks.

They felt okay but when i tried to put my foot in my shoe the rubber started clinging to the inside of the shoe and rolled right off my foot

I have arthritis of my toes so they are not straight they are curved toward big toe and one even sticks upward

Otherwise they do relieve pressure on top and ball of feet with my sneakers on
