Great for hot swollen feet. Much more effective than the normal bag of peas. I suffer from aches and pains in the foot so this product is genius!

I fidget and toss and turn if they are hot. Even though i’m lying awake typing this, my feet feel so icy cold and i love it.

This is a diabolical product, it is not fit for purpose (pun intended) they are not as described. This product is being sold dishonestly in my opinion. I wish to return but am informed that the item is not eligible for refund.

One of the socks is sewn up so is useless. The foot sizing is absolutely awful and it's a waste of money. One sock is fine.

I have eczema on my feet that makes them very hot dry and itchy. Pop them in the freezer for a couple of hours before bed, allow to thaw slightly before wearing (maybe 20 min) otherwise they are too stiff and uncomfortable.
