The natracure plantar fasciitis cold therapy socks are both reusable and washable. Because of the spandex material, you can wear these over other socks if you choose. No holes in the socks or bad stitching.

Each sock has two pockets containing gel packs. The gel packs are in some pretty secure packaging and i didn't see any leaks or poor craftsmanship with those.
