I wish they had a little more contour. This makes it soooo easy! Compact & simple. They are very comfy and fit well.

After all day in my feet my planter fasciitis flares up.

I wish that was more clear when ordering. And it's non-refundable. Also, not returnable.

Cold pack is worthless; not ice cold, and that temperature lasts maybe 10 minutes. Does not truly freeze. Even after placing in the freezer overnight.

The ice pack is adjustable but too large for my foot so the 2 velcro strips do not meet for closure. They are very short and the only people they fit were my 5 and 7 year old grandsons.

Velcro on the straps makes it easily adjustable to any size foot.

Put it in a thermal wrap and put it in my bag and pulled it out to use an hour later and it was still really firm and cold.

I broke my ankle and then sometime later it broke again.
