I like how with these gel ice caps/gloves/slippers, you get to choose how much cooling you want.
The only thing i will note is they are quite heavy and don’t seem like they are made for a lot of walking.
The gel puffs up a little too much in mine for the stated sizing to be accurate.

I didn’t use these for use after chemotherapy so i cannot speak of its effectiveness for that however i have been using it for numbness and tingling i get in my feet
