Pros

Works decent for haglunds deformity, not 100% but way better then nothing. It covers the area of the surgery and after sitting down for a while and getting up i feel the most pain and limp until achilles loosens up.

The jell and sock is very comfortable and it does not slip. More comfortable than any bandages.

Be patiemt and use consistently. This works alot better than expected. With that being said i hope that doesn't deter you from the purchase because like i said they work wonders.

Cons

The band cuts into my ankle, assuming i can get it on. I have no idea if it was caused by an ingredient in the gel which leaked after a few days. Was using with hiking/trail shoes and need something is much more made for that type of hardy endeavor.
