This thing is marvelous. Was definitely worth $30. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.
Cons
The freeze sleeve is far better. It stays sufficiently cold for about 10 minutes. Just not cold enough nor long enough to treat tendonitis.

No slipping down and still flexible even when frozen!
I measured and bought the exact size based on instructions but it slides right down my leg - even with pants on!
Can walk around with it, lasts 20 minutes and actually takes only a couple of hours to freeze up again.
Price
It was worth every penny & has helped my sons elbow pain from baseball.

I suggest going slightly smaller than indicated by their instructions

This sleeve fits great over an elbow or knee there is a bit of stretch to it but only stays cold for about 10 minutes
