Pros
The knee wrap is well made and durable. The stitching is all clean and the fabric is thick. A well-functioning knee wrap in itself.
The gel pack pouch is lined so if you are using the ice pack, the condensation won’t seep through onto your knee. The instructions refer to the 'pouch' as being the compartment for the gel pack withing the brace itself and the pack is the cold pack.

Packaging/appearance
I wear this during training sessions or on long walks & it does what it claims on the packaging.
The pack heating time is based on an 800 w oven, so they should be reduced proportionately for higher powered ovens.

It’s as simple as sticking it in a freezer or in the microwave for whichever treatment you want a nice touch is that the gel pack pouch is lined so if you are using the ice pack the condensation won’t seep through onto your knee

I do have to adjust it sometimes if i am walking around the house with it on because it can slip down a bit as it gets quite heavy but in general im only wearing this indoors and with my leg being rested sitting down
