I have heat & cold compresses but this is perfect as you can stay mobile with it.
Saves you using two hands to keep heat where you need it, i managed to use on hip, thigh, legs, knee, neck shoulder and i was impressed.
Product is strong and reasonabley well made but the size is small so if your a person of larger size it's no good to you
It can easily hold any heat or cool pack i have and keeps it in a position that is usually very awkward.
