I actually drop essential oils into mine before i put them on theyre effective they work however im only giving 4 stars because i am a size 5 6 and these booties barely fit my feet id hate to see what they would do for someone with longer feet than mine

The sleeves are fleece with a gel layer inside

The one negative thing i would say is that the fleece gets dirty really quickly and you cant just toss them in the washer because of the gel
