Pros
There are three different spots the splint has velcro to make it fit perfectly around your leg and foot. The fabric that wraps around the bottom of your heel and foot is soft and has a little give to it. Used for numb foot after knee replacement.
The pantar fasciitis splint consists of 3 the top hard plastic, velco adjustable side straps and a custom cold therapy gel pack. It promotes blood flow with its cold pack insert and properly stretch the calf muscle.

I ordered the smallmedium size based on their recommendation compared to my shoe size but had to return and order the larger one

And thats where the size of the splint made a difference on the smaller size my toes extend past the end of the splint so when i use that strap it pulls two of my toes back

I can get out of bed in the morning and immediately walk with just a little stiffness not the extreme pain i was experiencing
