The angle of the hard shell part on top of foot is set and cannot be tightened or loosened so unsure of the use of the velcro strap

I returned the item via amazon and doddle which was very easy indeed although i did have to sneak through the regular old dear zombie out break at our local morrisons supermarket keighley
