Pros

For cold or warm. We’ve always had trouble finding something that would stay cold lo my enough to matter & these are perfect. Great ice pack for my feet, stays cold.

These socks fit comfortably and snug allowing the cool from the packs to do their work. Work these for three months for 90 minutes weekly for chemo to prevent neuropathy. These are perfect for use in ice socks to relieve foot pain with ease.

Cons

This is the third time the gel pack has leaked gel. Lost my nails after chemo. Better off using ice in zip lock bags.

My kid rolled over the smaller one with a marble cooking tool 🤦🏻‍♀️ and it wasn’t even dented!

These are by far superior to the others i’ve bought.
