This thing is totally useless for the tendonitis in my knee. Not worth purchasing in my opinion. Quite unsatisfied.

Gel retains the temperature for a few minutes or at the most 10. It isn't flexible but it stays cold for 3-4 hrs. That's not long enough when dealing with a migraine!

The app states it is no refundable when you try to initiate a return. The biggest bummer is you can't return it!

The wrap is great & stays tight but the cold pack is garbage. The cold pack that comes with this is very disappointing.

The straps are sturdy, elastic, and really convenient because it allows a lot of versatility on where to use this.

The velcro on the strap's end connect anywhere on the strap so the positions are endless.

I tore my acl and this little thing stays put and doesn't fall off or move around if i get up to walk around.
