Pros

Good for wrists or ankles - icing one side. Used on my knee. I work as a field tech for spectrum so climbing poles and lifting 100 lbs ladders occasionally take its toll. I am glad that i bought the size 5 x 10 instead of 3 x 5 which would be too smal... Read More

The only gripe i have is they don’t stay cold for an extended period of time. I have different brands, and some of them get colder. Also stays cold for a pretty long time.

The cooling pad is pliable and forms nicely. The band that holds it in place is thick and stretchy. The material is soft on your skin and the gel inside never goes completely solid, so it conforms to you easily.

Cons

Not worth purchasing in my opinion. Not recommended. Absolutely terrible. Come on, that's ridiculous. It’s completely useless and i am extremely disappointed.

The app states it is no refundable when you try to initiate a return. The biggest bummer is you can't return it!

Very sturdy with the strap and works great!

The straps are sturdy, elastic, and really convenient because it allows a lot of versatility on where to use this.

The velcro on the strap's end connect anywhere on the strap so the positions are endless.

I tore my acl and this little thing stays put and doesn't fall off or move around if i get up to walk around.

I can not believe i got these for the price i got them.
