Pros

Thia ice pack is wonderful. The band/wrap pet of these is great!

Used this for my ankle after surgery. My podiatrist says the swelling will diminish over time but can last up to 6 months to a year. Bought it for plantar fasciitis and sesamoid pain.

The ice pack itself is pliable so you do not have to struggle with it right out of the freezer. It seems to be ready for reuse in about 2 hours.

Cons

The writeup says this is supposed to be clay, but it appears to be gel, not clay. It has misleading instructions on the gel packs saying that you must place them inside the pouch in the freezer. They stay cold for about 10 minutes, even after being in... Read More

It wraps easily around my foot and i can keep it in place with the strap.

Very pleased with this and wish i purchased one weeks ago.

Quality of the pouch isn't the greatest.

Other than that, this is a very good product.

The other thing i have done is wrap the pack into the size i need and then slide it up to my elbow.

However, it's hard for him to wrap the pack around his elbow by himself.
