Pros

Offers great pain relief & no bulky ice packs. This product gave me enough support to stabilize the shoulder during pain flare up. I use some kneepads in my shoulder ice pack holder which do stay colder longer.

Wide-strap sling is comfortable and easy to adjust. When coupled with the shoulder velcro harness, this pack is very gentle even for the day of surgery in the days after surgery.

This is fantastic for using after exercising my shoulder after surgery. An unanticipated benefit is the mobility this provides.

It melts quicker than the liquid hard freeze types.

Cons

Not enough gel to cover the entire pad. They need to revised and put more gel on it.
