Only lasted 2 months. I do like the overall design and find it isn't too heavy to use on a bad neck but at this price point and not being the best in terms of build quality i probably wouldn't buy it again unfortunately.

For the price of £18 i think this is a good buy and i will certainly be using it regularly.

It takes a few mins to heat up fully and then lasts 30 40 mins
