Pros

These vegetarian capsules are easy to *. The dosage is 3 per day and there’s 240 per bottle.

Combination of 20 enzymes and 5 prebiotics ensures comprehensive digestive support. Psyllium husk powder in a dose that does not cause constipation is sublime.

Bromlain is a protein-digesting (proteolytic) enzyme. When used for digestive benefits, would be taken with meals containing protein. Gdu stands for gelatin digesting units and is a measure of the enzyme's strength.

Cons

The daily dosage calls for 3 capsules daily. I have ibs-d and was hopeful for this product to work. Would not recommend.

The moldy smell make me worried it could do more harm than good. It does little to help you break down or digest food because it's so weak. The high level of protein enzymes cause irritation to the stomach lining.
