The taste isn't bad for an unflavored supplement. The lemon raspberry flavor is even better. The resulting drink smells like the holiday season and is quite soothing to sip in the evenings.

This helps me tremendously. General feelings of calm, clarity, contentment. I drink this once or twice a week and it does soften things up.

The mixture of calcium and magnesium is a healthful one. It is very hard to find a supplement that doesn't exaggerate the calcium ratio.

I feel like this is less neurotoxic than the pills that you buy in a pharmacy. Start out with small amount and work up to dosage on label. Read dose instructions and possible side effects before use.

Citric acid (in this product) is made from corn infected with black mold. This tastes pretty horrendous! I don't really need that component, and really i could do without all of the extras in here besides magnesium and calcium.
