Citrate has way more bioavailability. They're all stuck together, mushy, sticky. They convienantaly do not show the ingredients on side of can on amazon. The calm sleep has a way better flavor.

This product has no noticeable fizz and is just a milky, chalky mix that leaves undissolved chunky grit.
What i didn't like is they cheapened it by leaving the scooper out.

Found out about this product after using magnesium sulfate and magnesium glycinate for a couple of months
