Pros

Great electrolytes. Texture is fine, it dissolves well in tepid tap water. When mixed in coffee it has a tangy taste but not unbearable.

For me, it seems to work about the same as a cup of camomile tea. Warm water seems to make it fizz best and go down easy. I have her drink a scoop of calm, chamomile tea, sleepy time tea and l-tryptophan.

This product is my go to for when i’m needing more magnesium in my day. It has good, reliable and predictable results. It’s better than mirelax and all the other physillium and citrucel.

This stuff causes no bloat and is made just from a mineral our body makes. It helps with cleaning and for constipation. It also helps with digestion.

Cons

Magnesium citrate will cause a bowel movement. That is not a good thing when your a swimmer- cramping up in a pool.
