Pros
Start with 1/2 teaspoon and work up to 1 teaspoon as a serving. It’s so helpful for falling and staying asleep.
Cons
Serving size is 2 tsp and it states there are approximately 28 servings per container. The lid was stuck tight and the powder inside had obviously been exposed to moisture. This is definitely overpriced for a 6 ounces tiny container.
The big dinger for this product is that they do not refund if the product does not work. This product is not usable. Not even returnable.

It works quickly and without making my legs or body feel funny, it just fully relaxes me and helps me feel tired.
I have struggled to sleep for years and have tried basically everything out there both prescription and otc.
I’ve tried everything, many different types of melatonin.

Price is good, tastes fine and helps me sleep.

The first time i tried it i thought it was too tart but i had misread the instructions and its fine when you use enough warm water
