Was recommended this product by my primary care physician. I started taking this about 3 yrs ago when cvs sold it for under $10; now they want more.
Product works great for a calming drink before bed. Calms my legs. Ensures a great nights sleep.
This relieves my bloating, constipation, and stomach upset almost instantly. Also it really helps regulate by digestive system.
Cons

The flavour is okay for the raspberry lemon the only issue here is the size

Standing at only 5 high and 2 wide its almost the size of a small can of v8 juice and this isnt made clear as the posting showed a larger size so it was slightly disappointing to get the tiny containers rather than the larger size which one was expecting
