Pros
The naturalizer excels in narrow widths. They fit better than any heels i have ever had, but a little tight in the toe. The shoe itself is good, fits right and comfortable.
The platform feels super cozy. These are the only heels i have ever had which didn't leave me with horrible blisters and unable to walk the next day. This is not a deal breaker though considering how comfortable and beautiful they are.
Cons
The heel cuff on the shoes is way too low. The insole gives good arch support but it goes off easily. The shoe digs into the feet around the top of the foot.

I ordered them both in tender taupe, but the 8n which i received were chai.
Price
I'm not thrilled about receiving the wrong product, or that the price has increased 50% over 1 year ago.
