Pros
The (genuine) leather is soft and the insole is nice and cushy. These feel very comfy. The innersoles are well cushioned and i am able to wear them comfortably during a 12 hour shift.
I'm not sure why i didn't notice that there was a 10 wide available in the first place, but shoe shopping has never been painless for me i guess. My only complaint is that no matter if the tag says wide, the shoe feels narrower.
It’s a very versatile shoes. I also need shoes that are dressy for professional wear.
Cons
I am a medium to wide, so n ot even a true wide and all teh woide shoes are too narrow. The top material is stiff and rubs hard on the top of your feet. They also offer no heel or arch support and i'm on my feet all day. Do not buy this shoe.
The leather appears bonded and wrinkled, as if wore already. They are no longer wearable. The color is a crème brûlée = dark tan.

If you have a wide toe box these shoes are only comfortable for the first 23 hours of wear

When i happened to look at the label on the shoe box the european size was 41 which happens to be what i wear in euro sizing equivalent to a 10

Knowing this i took the chance on these shoes after initially trying on the 11 and having them be too long one of my feet is actually a 10 so its a bigger problem than just a half size

But i put in for a return and was able to exchange them and sure enough on the box it says 10w but size 41 euro

Probably not the most fashion forward shoe in the world style wise but again choices are more limited when you have a weird and seeminly invisible size in us shoes
