Naturalbell milk thistle works very well and does what i purchased it for - to help my liver which takes a beating due to pain killers i take when battling migraine headaches. This naturalbell milkthistle is pretty good.

The standard dose is 200 milligrams taken two to three times daily, according to new york university. This one has 300 mg per capsule.

The capsules are easy to * and the dosage is powerful. The capsule is of reasonable size,easy to *, and the capsule is odorless.

Nature bell's product is vegan, gluten-free as well as dairy-free. It has the gmp (good manufacturing practice) stamp. It is vegan for those who find this of importance.

Dandelion root helps with milk thistle to secrete more bile. Contains a bit of artichoke which helps.

Cons

The product is organic but there is no certification of this on the bottle. There are too many non-legitimate companies selling counterfeit vitamins and supplements.

Naturebell is a brand that i have only recently started using but from what i can see the quality is on par with some of the top brands.

It has been nothing short of exactly what you'd want in a milk thistle product.

As with all dietary supplements there is generally no science to support efficacy, of which i am aware.

I really like naturebell because it has 50 more mg than the brand i had used for years.
