Pros

Biotin right on the label. It is full grown back in now and i defiantly recommend these vitamins. They are now smaller and easier to *. These pills are amazing! It has all the components i was looking for.

Vitamin supplements work great on strengthening my hair and nails. It seems my fingernails have less tendency to break. My nails are stronger and healthier and my skin has cleared up.

I wear my hair in a protective style (clip in weave with my hair corn rowed (boxer braids) underneath. My pores are almost completely unclogged. My face is softer and there are no blemishes on it.

Cons

My nails are incredibly weak and flimsy.
