Pros

The battery-op * sprayer is the best on the market for quick clean up of pet accidents. If you have large jobs that wear out your fingers gripping the traditional hand-sprayers.

This stuff is miraculous. Works fantastic.

This product works so great for urine smells and cat markings smells. Removes old and new urine stains.

Cons

All i smell is nauseating perfume. After diluting the spot it was applied on, it still reeks of an overwhelming perfumy-chemical. I have no idea if it works because it smells sooo very bad.

The smell is so strong that i immediately put the fan on and after a little bit i wipe the tiles with lysol wipes, leaving it only on the grout. The smell burns. The heavy chemical stench cannot be removed. I let it air dry for the next 6 days.

The product itself has a fairly strong smell, but it's not terrible, i just now associate it with a recently cleaned spot.

But it also gets out the stains.

Just aim the spray at the spot and it foams to cover the stains and neutralize the odor.
