Pros

The smell is strong but thats a good thing and the enzymes eat up all the * left that would cause the intense smells. The scent isn't unpleasant and definitely gets rid of urine smell. It smells fresh! Love the smell of the product.

This works fantastic. Very very satisfied. This works amazingly the 1st time! This stuff is great!

Cons

The reformulated product is truly awful. This is unusable. Pretty sure company got bought and took the profit over customer satisfaction approach.

Rug is ruined.

Buy an 11 dollar pump sprayer, and skip this item. The sprayer is junk. It drains the batteries constantly, so you have to constantly change the batteries.

I’ve used nature’s miracle for decades and it’s a great product.

We purchased a new bottle with the battery operated spray nozzle and it stopped working after three uses .

I was disappointed with my last order though because the sprayer was not included with the large 1.

Packaging/appearance

Now this this spray it completely removes the odor!

I bought this packaging version because i thought it would be so much easier to use with the attached sprayer.

Competitiveness

I tried a lot of products, but this one really worked, no scrubbing, and an electric squirter nozzle.

My son used to tell me i loved it more than him hahahaha.
