Pros

This is the best odor eliminator i have ever used! I have two male yorkies who are pee pad trained, but sometimes they forget and use my washable throw rug. This leaves the room smelling like detergent, in a good way.

I am stunned by the effectiveness of this product. I recommend letting it soak in without scrubbing first.

Cons

It's a hard left for me on this stuff stinks makes the odor worse, and ruins the fabric. It's very strong, and it’s been more than 2 months and it does not go away.

Good product and it really does deodorize, make sure you test it on your carpet before using-it did lighten the carpet where i sprayed it.
