Started putting it in my milkshake. Tablespoons and it does the work. I use it for scrambled eggs and the eggs don't stick.
Cons
Tastes fermented and rancid. No yogurt drink. Please do not use the oil if it has been breached in transit.
The cap design on the bottle is atrocious. The dispenser squirts way too much. It either comes out too forcefully, or dribbles down the bottle. It has a squirt top which is way too powerful.

I’m on my second bottle and with the exception of the “squirting” dispensing, the product is a great value.
But that brings the price up even higher.
Mct oil can be very expensive but this one is reasonably priced and i do enjoy it.
Competitiveness
No drips and amount easily controlled as opposed to every other brand out there.
Works as well as the other name brands, with all the features at a better price.
Then i tried a few other brands from local establishments and they don’t seem to taste as good or go down as easily.
