Pros

This is one candle that delivers. Will keep buying these. Great for spa nights.

The crackling, popping wood sounds are incredibly relaxing. The wick crackles a little bit. Great crackle. I live in a small studio with no fireplace and this candle really helps bring that * feel that a fireplace does with the cackling.

The smell is strong but not overpowering. The scent is wonderful, not too strong but enough to make the room smell great. A little strong for everyday use but clears a bad smell out of a room amazingly.

Cons

The first is perfect but this one appeared to have been previously warmed/melted. Replacements were provided, however, the last replacement was also melted. Don't get it again.

Candle doesn't light very well and keeps a very small flame that barely melts the wax. I am intolerant to perfume smells, that's why i normally love woodwick so much. Also, the scent of the candle is strange.

The crackle is nice and soothing, and it lasted nearly a year (with near-daily use).

Great price for this candle and this size is large enough for a big room.

I think candles are too expensive, but i like this scent.

Plus i requested a returnless refund for being damaged and amazon refunded my purchase within 20 minutes.

Even though it was broken, i still received great customer service.

Packaging/appearance

The first candle i got was coconut saffron scented and it was perfect in every way.

The candle was damaged, i believe when it was packaged before transit.

Competitiveness

I wish there were less expensive alternatives to woodwick, but nothing compares
