Pros

I like this because it made a difference in peeling splitting nails pretty quickly. My hair is thicker and my nails are very strong. Great for hair and nail growth.

These are nice. It is awesome. The bonus is it has multiple vitamins including vitamin a. Nothing to dislike.

I have my 81 yo gramma taking them and my mother. It doesn't give you the nauseous feeling when you take it. Pills are a little bigger than a tylenol and you need 2 a day.
