Pros
This one is almost half the price of the one i've been taking, so i'm switching to this one. Works as well as my other brands. Will definitely order again.
Melatonin is released from the pineal gland which is a small endocrine gland in the brain. I usually take 10mg but at times they don't keep me asleep--these did. It is not a sleeping pill but it does help and i wake up really rested.
Melatonin is safe and beneficial in many ways. It's undiluted with other ingredients, thankfully! I really like the cleanliness of the product ingredients.
Cons
I'm a type 2 diabetic and they use a sugar compound as a filler which spiked my glucose and had the opposite effect to dozing off. Still not working.
