This substance works for me. Seems to be working to keep up my own immune system. This vitamin is essential for your heart.
Cons
Many of the pills look like they have moisture the powder is clumpy, hard and discolored, while other pills are fine. The label suggests 2 capsules per serving in order to take the 400 mg that i thought i was getting in each capsule.
