smooth texture while drinking and dry scooping not sandy at all. all the benefits of pure creatine plus it dissolves easily into room temp water. Love the powder, mixes so easily.

The idea is 5g a day for intracellular hydration and the inherent strength gains. Each jar contains 100 5000mg servings, so this jar is a fantastic value.

This is superior imo. Same quality at a better price. You won't be disappointed.

Super happy with the product so far. Will most likely be buying from this brand for years. I hope the manufacturer keeps up the good work.

Look for a different seller. It is expensive and i can't return it. To make it worse, it is non returnable! No refund or anything available.
