Pros
L-glutamine helps with post-workout soreness and is great for gut health. A lot of people use it for leaky gut and gut health as well. It helps with after workout soreness a lot.
The price is very reasonable for the amount you are getting. I appreciate that it is third-party lab tested for quality. I totally recommend for anyone to help with gi issues!
Cons
The scoop they send with this powder is not 5 grams as advertised when you compare it to a 5 gram scoop. Smells, looks and tastes weird. Look for legit brands.
