Pros

Liked flavor and pricing. Taste is fine and not huge. It was sealed. My favorite is women's hiking poles.

The capsules are easy to * and there are no strange tastes. The caps are smooth, clear and fit in your medication container well. The 2 capsule serving is also nice as my mother in law only wants to take 1/day.

This supplement has all of the b vitamins, plus vitamins c and e as well as choline and inositol. Some of them are good for red blood cells and hemoglobin.

I greatly appreciate that these are third party usa lab-tested. It's like a 12-in-1 solution tailored to my body's needs.

This is one of the best formulated b-complex supplements i have come across.
